Why does the Comet Account Portal show my Self-Hosted Comet Server as offline when the server is running normally?

If your Self-Hosted Management Console is running and you've already relaxed and restarted the server and your Comet Account Portal continues to show 'offline'. Please allow some time for the next successful license check-in. A delay between the status updating is expected, but backups and device connections are unaffected during this time.
