How do you pay via bank transfer / telegraphic transfer?

Answer

Comet's primary payment method is via payment card (AMEX, MasterCard and Visa). Bank transfer are accepted upon request. Note that bank transfer payments are processed manually, please allow up to 5 working days for payment to be reconciled.

The minimum invoice amount is either US$100 or the amount equivalent to 6 months of your Comet usage.

How do I create or follow up on an invoice for Comet Backup customers?

Typically, customers would pay by purchasing credit packs which are consumed when fees are due on a 30-day billing cycle. Customers would configure Automatic payment on their Comet account with a credit card.

However, customers who are purchasing annual or multi-annual licenses are billed through an invoice which they pay via bank transfer.

If a customer wants to purchase annual or multi-annual Comet Backup licenses or is following up on the status of an invoice, assign the ticket to Comet Customer Success.
