What is changing?
On February 17, 2026, the sign-on provider for WebPros Account was changed for all existing and new accounts.
During migration, multi-factor authentication (MFA) was disabled for accounts having it enabled, as it is technically not possible to transfer MFA secret keys.
Why is WebPros making this change?
Switching to a new sign-on provider will give us greater flexibility, allowing us to implement enhancements more efficiently, improve reliability and security, and deliver a smoother, more seamless user experience overall.
What do I need to do?
- If your account does not have MFA enabled, no action is required.
- If your account has MFA enabled, upon your first login attempt, you will receive an email containing a one-time password that must be used to complete the login process. Afterward, MFA should be re-enabled by following the instructions provided in the corresponding notification.
If you experience issues accessing your WebPros account, submit a request with us. Learn how to submit a request with WebPros Account Support.
